Replacement lens kit for the Performance Lazer SLIM. Now you can replace the lenses on your Z87+ Lazer SLIM sunglasses easily with our replacement lens kit. Each kit comes with 1 replacement lens, 6 lens screws and a custom screwdriver - everything you need to give your shades a refresh.

Lens is marked Z87+ - End users must exercise extreme care when installing to ensure compliance with the Z87 standard.
