When paired with a suitable boiler, the Alembic Condenser retains and enhances the flavours and aromas from a wash, making it ideal for crafting spirits like whiskey, bourbon and rum from raw ingredients such as barley, corn and molasses.

The Alembic Copper Condenser features a 2" tri-clamp connection for easy connection to 2" tri-clamp accessories, providing you with the ability to trial different configurations or utilise modular 2" tri-clover components such as sight glasses, bubble plates, gin baskets and more.

Unlike stainless steel fractional columns that strip away flavour, this traditional alembic-style dome is made from high-purity copper, which actively reacts with sulphur compounds in the vapour stream, removing off-notes and enhancing the complexity of your spirit.

The bulbous shape of the dome also has minimal reflux action, allowing desirable congeners to pass through into the final product, leaving you with a flavoursome and complex distilate.
