Komodo Straw Terrain is a naturally soft, eco-friendly substrate perfect for dry environments. Made from 100% natural straw, it's ideal for tortoises, snakes, and a wide variety for lizards. This sustainable and biodegradable bedding is virtually dust free, helping to maintain a cleaner, healthier habitat. It breaks down into fine particles when wet, and if accidentally ingested, it continues to break down naturally greatly reducing the risk of impaction.

Directions for use: Spread the pellets evenly to a depth of 1-2 inches across the enclosure floor. Spot clean daily by removing soiled pellets and replace as needed. A full substrate change is recommended every 2-3 weeks or sooner if the terrain become wet. If using a heat mat, place it on the side or back of the enclosure rather than underneath to avoid overheating the substrate.
